Inflation in the U.S.A.

The current rate of inflation in the U.S.A. fluctuates between 2% and 3% on an annualized basis.

It is among the lowest inflation rates in the entire world.

The Federal Reserve lives in ongoing terror that the inflation rate will increase to levels in the  5% to 7% rate.

Why? Because at those rates they (and all other Central Banks) lose control of the monetary and economic situation.

The story is almost identical in the Euro and in Japan.

The LDC'S are a very different story (exclude China).
